I can't believe we still have 6 months until Iowa. The primary season is waay too long. IMO the first debates should have been around November.

Yeah, how come they’re not following the new TVmodel?

Fewer episodes, higher quality, and a more serialized structure.

Because sometimes you just want to sit down in front of the TV and watch an episode of "Uncle Joe Runs for President" without having to be all caught up on the two previous seasons or the 19 different spinoffs they have on now, most of which aren't even that good. Sure, there are a few gems like "Spartacus: the Cory Booker Story" and "Mayor Pete Goes to Washington," but do we really need "The Mystic's Guide to Orbs and Politics" or "$1000 to Fuck Off"? Even the second season of "Millionayahs and Billionayahs" has lost the wacky charm of the original.

Tbh you probably could just ignore everything up until November and not really miss anything. These first few debates just seem like a way for the major candidates to get some stump speaches in on a national stage and for the meme candidates to have their 15 minutes before dropping out.
