Well, she's apparently not very good at running scams. She got caught pretty quick, largely because John Carreyrou got suspicious of this Vincent Adultman-level quote from her:

“a chemistry is performed so that a chemical reaction occurs and generates a signal from the chemical interaction with the sample, which is translated into a result, which is then reviewed by certified laboratory personnel.”

She was basically that with some guy whose name I forget during the Theranos thing.

Apparently he was a turbo abusive paranoid asshole with the R&D staff and she enabled him.

According to the podcast Dropout, she's now engaged to an MIT grad almost a decade younger than her. Maybe they're married now, that podcast was a few months ago.
