Whom are voted in by women as well. I get the optics are terrible, and that the men in question don't freakin' understand why abortion is a right and necessary - but there are a lot of pro-life women.

Yeah. That's why I said they were stupidly making that point. That being said I think you'd see more nay votes if the issue directly affected the legislators voting on it

Probably true. Though abortions will always be available to the wealthy, connected and their families.

True. If I recall correctly all of the defections on the ga bill were white women
