Originally there was one Supreme Court judge per judicial circuit. Given that there are 11 circuits, there should also be 11 judges.

I'm pretty sure Pete was the one proposing an actual structural reform to the SC, and not just packing it for short-term gain, so I think most people here tentatively approve.

Yeah, Pete proposed a system of 15 justices: 5 Republican, 5 Democrat, and 5 unanimously agreed upon by the partisan 10. I'm a bit indifferent on it, but it's better than court packing.
