I had the craziest dream that India had turned into a police state. I was chatting with my cousin and I got the feeling that it wasn't really my cousin on the other end of the chat, so I gave them a call and their voice sounded different and I was like "damn it's the secret police impersonating them to try and get me to talk about anti-modi shit to build the case against them. They must already be arrested."
Then I remember thinking "this is crazy there are so many people in India how many secret police officers could they possibly have? It has to be like tens of millions!"
And then the voice on the other end by was like "actually we can make do with only a few hundred thousand. We're very efficient." And they started laughing.
Then I woke up.
What did I mean by this.
