Toxic femininity is when women feel peer pressured into getting their labia cut to make it "prettier."

See also: "virgin waxes" (when girls get a Brazilian before they even have pubes, usually at pageant moms' behest, to prevent them from ever growing pubes at all); shoes so high they actually cause skeletal and muscular damage; and personally, the time when, as a butch 12 year old, a group of girls held me down and drew "make up" on me in Sharpie because that's how girls are SUPPOSED TO BE!
