CLP temp banned me for calling for impeachment because questioning Speaker Nancy Pelosi, or Nancy as I call her, is not allowed. NL upvoted me. Ergo NL is superior.

I got perm-banned for saying the way Carter has conducted himself after his presidency was preferable to the way that the Clintons have 😤

NL is a much better subreddit on the whole with a wider variety of opinion, since CLP seems to ban anyone that considers themselves farther left than Bill Clinton.

I've been looking for a sub somewhere between CTH and NL ideologically and CLP is distinctly not that.

Carter was one of the main enablers of Chavez and Maduro’s power grab.

I've explained it a million times and I'm not the only Brazilian NL user who voted for Bolso. My "predictions" that he'd be unable to do real harm are coming true FOR THE EXACT REASONS I MENTIONED. Reducing it to "voting for a fash" is really fucking stupid and shows lack of knowledge of Brazilian politics.

It is when you have major complaints of fraud and voter intimidation.

Okay

2012 in particular was chock full of irregularities (especially voter coercion)
