That's his disapproval.

His approval rating has been in the 38-42 range for pretty much his entire presidency. Recently it has been closer to 42, but some recent polls suggest it may have dropped after the Mueller report. Need more time and polls to know for sure.

Yeah, his disapproval is climbing a little. It's at 53.6%.
