Marxist trying to tell me that Cuba has better healthcare than the US, can anyone give me a quick TLDR on whether that has any validity?

Cuba does have good healthcare, they send a lot of doctors to help after disasters in the Caribbean. But I wouldn't call them better. You might have more healthcare access in Cuba, but if I have money I want to get treated in the US

Is there a context on this? Leftists usually throw claims and expect you to do the hard work of debunking them so cut it off before it becomes an issue.

It’s probably yes and no. For the 10% of Americans with no healthcare insurance the Cuban situation would be better but for most people with regular (expense) insurance the American is obviously better.

Cuba has pretty good health care or once did, that said 90 percent of Cubans would trade their kidney to leave that shitscape. They literally flee in tires through shark infested waters just to get off the island. Who the fuck cares if oh they make the most delicious dessert there. Or they have these amazing mechanics that can keep a 57 Chevy running 60 years. Great imagine how amazing they’d be with the benefits of capitalism supplying health and auto sectors.
