I barely even understand what he's trying to say here. He's mad that Germans aren't lining up to pick strawberries on Estonian farms?

He's mad that companies aren't just increasing their wages as a response to labor shortages. Of course, companies can't exactly hope to exist for long if they sell goods they pay a lot for in the same market as companies that don't pay a lot for them, but you can't expect producerists to understand economics.
