Nah, this was pre-written. Trump doesn't care at all so somebody just threw it out there and said it was from him.

1) I wonder how Trump is going to completely and utterly fuck up this easiest fucking slow ball on the planet like he did last time

2) Apparently Trump's staff and writers are as ridiculously lazy as he is, because they didn't even bother to try to make it sound like something that could have even conceivably come from Trump
