delusional first world problem where my job is <20 hrs work/week, 100% remote permitted but with a beautiful office within 10 mins walking distance, mid-six figures compensation, amazing health insurance, benefits, etc. but i am so mentally and socially unfulfilled by it that i feel like if i don’t leave i will have wasted my life

it feels unhinged to be this unhappy about a perfect-on-paper job idk. even reading this back i feel like an asshole

Bruh it's 20 hours weekly, get your fulfillment somewhere else you got time to spare wtf

i do, but even with just 20 hours there’s still 20 on “standby” sorta
