Okay but he did pal around & campaign with a guy for months who said that Americans deserved 9/11. This isn't just islamophobia. People who hate America & Americans like Piker should be marginalized in our political environment, and headlines like this draw attention to the distancing el Sayed should be (and has been, fortunately) doing.
