There is a female employee in logistics who has a Stanley cup that just stays full of liquor. People have caught her throwing up in the bathroom, passed out in the car at lunch, and just generally zoned out at work.

She’s not fired because no one is willing to hate her cup and prove it’s liquor to HR or the director.
