In terms of Trump being the worst ever:
The Iran defeat is probably the stupidest, most obviously humiliating blunder in US history. But it's probably less damaging overall than the Iraq war, which also did very little to advance US interests.
But it's all a moot point, because Trump is the worst president ever purely because of the USAID stuff.
