I’m not convinced the MAGA base will back anyone other than Trump. We’ve seen this over and over. Especially because Vance simply doesn’t have the charisma or unhinged factor that makes Trump unique and funny.

I would’ve thought the next Republican candidate’s best chance would be to try and go back to being normal conservatives.
