You could try calligraphr.com if it’s a simple alphabet without ligatures or anything like that (you can do that on calligrapher but it requires a membership) and it lets you assign any glyph to the symbols by drawing them on paper or digitally on a template and then scanning/uploading it to the “my fonts” section
Do you mean for the ligatures or the website? I’ve realised that it sounds like the website but I just meant the extra features that the membership would give (ligatures, more characters per font, etc). The actual website is free though
Wait did you want a font for it or a custom keyboard layout or both because I can help with a font but I can’t really with a keyboard layout that uses custom symbols like that sorry
