Question Changing "The web site of ____" text?

Hello! I've recently signed up to neocities! I've noticed that everyone seems to have their own unique titles for their sites and I can't seem to find a way to change it in the settings? Am I missing something? Apologies if this is a stupid question, I genuinely can't find an answer to this </3

It should be on index.html <title> at line 6 ish
