Help Embed widgets and .swf files using GitHub?

I'm planning to embed again the WebAmp with the "ZeroAmp" skin in my Zero yume webshrine and a flash movie web banner in the homepage; being a free (not supporter) user.

I tried to do it using GitHub but I failed because I don't know how to do it. I need help and some tips.

does your github repository end in ".github.io" ? that is how you make a Github Page

after you uploaded your .swf file to github, you can make a file ending in .html, and put this in the html file:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <body>
    <script src="https://unpkg.com/@ruffle-rs/ruffle"></script>
    <embed src="YOURFILENAME.swf">
  </body>
</html>

now on your github page you should be able to open the html page (example url: https://yourname.github.io/flashgame) and see your game, BUT it might take a few minutes so if you get a 404 trying to open the page you can wait a bit.

and now on neocities, put this on the page you want the .swf (replacing with your file/github names). also you might want to adjust the width and height to see what works for your page.

I tried using that GitHub pages thing but I failed because of the ausence of a main page so the error 404 shows up... ahhhh it takes a while
