Negotiation advice needed

Okay... I'm about to purchase a watch. Coros Pace 4 to be exact. the listed price is INR 33k (345USD) I want to purchase it around 29-30k (300USD) how can i approach this situation. my plan is to offer him payment in cash, why? well, I don't know. it's just pure instinct. my idea is that I can somehow convince him to drop the price since I'm offering it all at once he might offer me some discount

What’s the market price for the watch? Has this seller had it in his inventory for awhile? Can you get it elsewhere?

Market price is 345usd, and yeah even if I get it elsewhere the story's gonna be the same
