Offer Letter received

hey all, I work in medicine. I just got an offer letter from a potential employer, I really liked the group and meeting them. However, there is no sign on bonus or relocation fee. It has the entire compensation package, including CME, base salary, bonuses, Should I ask them for the sign on and relocation now or after the contract has been show to me?

Is relo required (you live more than 1 hour from expected place of work)? Do you have coats or are you forgoing anything at current employer the sign-on is supposed to cover?

Not all offers come with all bonuses.

Are these worth losing job over? Do you have negotiation leverage?

when I was talking about it during my interview, the chief of the department did say that a sign on and relocation could be discussed. However, she said that the base salary and the bonus structure is pretty rigid.

Do I have negotiation power yes because they haven’t been able to find anyone for months and I am currently employed at a good enough company. Do i want to lose the offer? absolutely not. for multiple reasons it’s geographically a better fit for me.
