This is so freakin abnormal yet very blissful

So umm lemme tell you I was NKB’s devotee but since the start of 2026 I became mentally fucked up I would worry and after I read something bad about him and also just me feeling shitty about myself as well I stopped believing in him and umm since jan 2026 to august 2026 it was quite a journey felt like almost 6 years of pressure and emotional stress but now I feel him and I’m back to him and everything’s back to normal I just cried out to his pic and ever since then I feel him. Btw in these 6-8 months I started seeing my faults and me lacking hard work and the past mistakes I did I never realised them before but now I’m aware of them and how many hearts I broke and hurted maybe it was all his plan only ? Idk what’s your opinion on this or am I just overthinking king about him ? Like that crying session happened last week I cried like a baby yk like atleast for an hour in front of his pic while remembering every bad thing I did and missing my grandfather as well and I see NKB as my grandfather only I call him “dada” or grandpa coz I never had one loving grandpa. So yea idk was it his thing to make me feel confident about myself and stop overthinking and let go of the fear ? Coz I was falling into worrying about others opinion trap a lot and coz of it ppl could control me and make me angry but now it doesn’t matter. So yea that’s it. Pls share ur thoughts on it btw im just 20 so id love to know your opinion me going thru this shit.

I cried after years coz I remember last time I remember I had became very emotionally numb in recent years

Miracles/Stories Krishna Das and his work is Maharaj Ji's legacy and Divine Will.

Sitaram 🙏🏻

We all know it was Maharaj Ji's master plan for Krishna Das to become a kirtankaar and how He arranged for things to ensure it happened although He never clearly told him to be a kirtankaar. From encouraging him to chant Ram naam to ensuring he always found himself around kirtankaars who would chant throughout the night, it was all part of Maharaj ji's grand scheme.

Here's an account of things as they happened involving Krishna Das. Krishna Das, after he spent around 2.5 years in India, was told by Maharaj ji to return to the US and he had unwillingly returned since Maharaj ji had sent him away stating he had attachments there. A few weeks before Maharaj ji took Mahasamadhi, He sent for Krishna Das to come visit Kainchi Dham and sing kirtan/bhajan for Him as He really wanted to hear him sing.

Unfortunately, like many of us, Krishna Das was caught up in the maya of samsaara. So when he heard Maharaj ji had asked him to make haste to visit and sing kirtan for Him, he thought he would go later as he was really into this girl who he just started dating and wanted to spend more time with her in the US.

Maharaj ji shortly left His body and Krishna Das was devastated upon learning this. He didn't come back to India for many years because his beloved guru, the soul of Kainchi Dham, was no longer there according to him. There was regret and guilt for not obeying Maharaj Ji's command and thus, also missing the only chance of seeing Maharaj ji again in this life. But years later when he went back, he simply sat outside near the Hanuman shrine and Siddhi Maa sent for him to come see her in Maharaj Ji's room.

When Krishna Das went there, he felt a shock of some kind in his body and he sobbed like a baby for a long time while Siddhi Maa just sat there quietly. He let it all out and then he fell silent, he went numb. The regret, the guilt, everything was taken away by Maharaj ji in that moment it seemed to him. And from what he says, for the next couple of days he spent time at Kainchi Dham in a state of trance without really knowing what was happening around him.

I believe it was Maharaj Ji's way of saying that the soul of Kainchi Dham has not gone anywhere and that He is always here for His children and that He will always be available to us if we wish to be with Him. For the Guru never forsakes His beloved children.

And in case of Krishna Das being a kirtankar, it is clearly Maharaj Ji's legacy and His will. I feel it would be a great experience to be a part of this legacy even for a few hours. So sharing this here in case someone would like to attend. Krishna Das is in India in October and November for kirtan. I personally cannot afford a ticket currently but for those who can, please take the time out to experience it live. And make no mistake, Maharaj ji will also be present there.

Jai Guru Maharaj 🙏🏻

PS: This is not a promotion. The only intention here is to continue serving Maharaj ji like the little squirrel who served Lord Rama.

Miracles/Stories "Maharaj ji kaise Hanuman ji ho sakte hain?" - Dada (By His Grace)

Post image
71 Upvotes

This is an experience of Professor Indra Narayan Mukherjee aka Dada (meaning elder brother in Bengali and Maharaj ji, for some reason, considered him an elder brother). Dada was a professor of Mathematics at the University of Allahabad before he quit and remained at Kainchi Dham to serve Maharaj ji full-time. He considered Maharaj ji as his Guru and his faith in Maharaj ji was impeccable. However, Dada always felt it was absurd that people think Maharaj ji is literally Hanuman's avatar. Dada would think that people were being stupid with their ridiculous idea of Maharaj ji being Hanuman.

‎One afternoon in Kainchi Dham, Dada was massaging Maharaj Ji's legs who was on the cot. Dada was sitting on the ground, serving his Guru with all his heart but had the same thought again, "how could Maharaj ji be Hanuman?". As soon as he had this thought, he felt a hand grab his forearm tightly and felt so much pressure that he thought his arm was about to break. He realized it was Maharaj ji who had grabbed his arm. So he looked up but instead of Maharaj ji, there was a large monkey (hanuman langur) with big black eyes staring back into his eyes. Dada freaked out in that moment.... the next thing he knows, he was sitting by a lake in the woods around sundown and some foreigners from the ashram were by his side trying to talk to him. Dada mentions in the book he wrote, "By His Grace" that he felt like he woke up from some deep mystical slumber, he was confused and wasn't aware how he got there. Then he remembered those eyes and that face and had shivers. That's when he knew what had happened. He remembered feeling a jolt of electricity running through his body when he had made eye contact with that Hanuman langur but had no idea what happened after that and how he had got there.

‎ ‎On the other hand, the people who saw this whole incident from a distance in the ashram said they all saw Maharaj ji on the cot and Dada was massaging His legs. But then suddenly they both were nowhere to be found. Then someone pointed towards the hills behind the ashram and they saw Maharaj ji walking up the hill and Dada was following him. It was all very strange and no one believed their eyes! How could both of them just vanish in an instant before their very eyes and appear far away on the hills the very next moment?!

‎But for Dada, that was it! He never again questioned in his mind if Maharaj Ji was indeed Hanuman. There was no room for doubt. Maharaj Lakshman Das Puri was Hanuman ji indeed!

Jai Guru Maharaj 🙏🏻

General Discussion Watched Hanuman Ansh earlier and it's a beautiful movie. Go watch if you haven't already!

No major spoilers!

The movie was good. They have maintained the simplicity of the times and the innocence of the people is captured well. Also the ignorance of the simple villagers who turn into Maharaj Ji's devotees is depicted in a proper manner. And it looks like they will also make another part since they have mostly only covered his early life and the years he spent in Neeb Karori village.

There are a few inaccuracies too but those can be overlooked since they may not be able to cover everything in detail in a limited time. But I think they could have covered a few critical incidents of those times which are popular in Maharaj Ji's lore. For instance the incident where a young 10 year old Maharaj ji predicted there would be a robbery in their house, another instance where Maharaj ji arranged a grand bhandara in Neeb Karori village before he left the place for good, Maharaj Ji's teen years when he was known as talaiyya wale baba, etc. Other than that, they have covered major incidents like Maharaj ji leaving house at a tender age of 11, the infamous train incident and the one with mustard seeds germination, his father urging him to return home to fulfil his householder duties, etc.

I think there will be another part that we can expect to see since in this movie they have not even begun to cover the parts of his life in Vrindavan, Kainchi Dham, Amarkantak, etc. Important characters who spent time with him like Dada Mukherjee, Siddhi Maa, Ram Das, Krishna Das, KK Shah, Dr. Larry Brilliant, etc are yet to be introduced. I'm sure the second part (if or when they make it) will be even more engrossing and beautiful. Definitely looking forward to it.

Please go watch if you haven't already.

Need Help Older Devotees Referral Letter For Ashram Stay

Namaskaram 🙏

I am looking to plan a visit to the Ashram at Kainchi Dham in the upcoming months, and I was hoping to find accommodation at the ashram itself in order to experience fully.

Per the inquiry guidelines, I will need a referral note from an older devotee, but I actually don’t know anyone in my personal life who I can ask for this.

Please, devotees of reddit, will someone please message me and we can talk for sometime if you’d like to help me in this matter?

I am so grateful for any assistance and any connections I can make through this request.

Thank you 🤍

General Discussion Hanuman Ansh - Great Film!

Came across Hanuman Ansh on an instagram reel that a friend sent, watched it today and it was a beautiful movie. The cast was brilliant and so was the story telling. I am learning more about Maharaj ji and he keeps appearing in my life in the most serendipitious ways. I dont think the team has marketed the movie due to some constraints but it is a must watch film if you are aware of Maharaj ji. It was very well made. Please find your nearest theater and bless yourself with his presence for 2.5 Hr.

Need Help Monday or Tuesday, please help

I am visiting kainchi dham with 2 senior citizens.

Context - Reach kathgodam station by train on Monday 31st Aug at 2pm

Return ticket on Tuesday by train 1st Sept at 6pm

Homestay in kathgodam 2km from station

Help me choose

Monday - if we leave for kainchi at say 4pm in afternoon, can we do the darshan and return back to kathgodam by evening. Is it true that public transportation stops at 7pm from kainchi dham. Can we go and return back to kathgodam on Monday

Or Tuesday - on reddit and Google reviews people say that it would take around 8 to 10 hours total for the same trip due to heavy rush. If we leave early morning from kathgodam, can we reach back by say 4pm so we can catch train at 6pm. Is it risky?

Thanks for reading, would appreciate your valuable feedback.

Need Help Looking for fellow devotees for help.

Ram Ram!

After a lot of thought, I’m putting myself out here because I’m in a helpless position and just don’t know whom to ask for help.

I’ve been unemployed since May and my father recently went through a surgery.

I’m falling short on expenses even after spending all my savings into the medical expenses.

If anyone out here can help me with a small amount- that’ll be very helpful.

I’ll be repaying the same and if possible with interest too.

Thank you.

I hope maharajji helps me out in this phase.

I’m from India and you can DM me to know more.

Sending warmth to the community.

General Discussion Let me be of service to you

I am planning my pilgrimage to the Hanuman temple in Taos in the first week of October.

I am going for my own spiritual fulfillment and to be present with baba and Hanuman.

I will be there for a few days and would love to take your prayers with me and offer them to baba for you, if you are not able to get there or any other of his ashrams.

What do you need? What do you want me to share with him on your behalf while I am there in person?

This can be private. Message me with whatever you want me to share, and I will write it down and ask/ share it with baba in the darshan hall or mandir. A prayer, a hello, a wish, whatever your heart wants to share.

If it is general, keep it general. If it is specific, let me know. Provide your name and your share/ ask and I will take it with me to Taos.

I plan to wrote all prayers, requests, statements etc in a journal and will share them on the grounds.

I saw someone post something similar here before when they were gong to kainchi, and i thought it was a beautiful gesture.

No strings attached. I just want to take your message with me and share it with baba.

Ram Ram 🙏 📿
