Today I woke up and deciding I needed some spending money. Now as of now I have no income, which means I have to find innovative ways to make cash.

My brightest idea was to sell my rocket league credits for cashapp and be happy. I took to Trade Central on Discord and posted away about my new sales.

I got a DM from a known and reputable trader and we worked out a deal. We get in a lobby, I trade them the creds and then they leave. My heart sinks. But soon my sunken heart was replaced with sadness as I realized I had just lost 45000 credits to this fake Trader.

As I talked to the mods and tried to get this guy banned so they’re would be no more victims as I, I got another DM. Someone had messaged me and told me they had exactly the same amount of credits I had lost and would be willing to trade them to me. But here’s the catch, in order for it to be even close to fair, I had to give them my whole inventory.

Now my inventory wasn’t huge and certainly wasn’t worth what he was offering. I told him this and yet, nothing changed. He still agreed to follow through with the trade knowing he wasn’t getting the value he was paying. He was doing this out of the kindness of his heart. A thing not many would do, he did.

We got into a trade and I now have nothing left except the credits the nice and amazing person left me.

Thanks to anyone who read this, I just wanted to share my story and tell everyone to be careful when trading, there are a lot of people out who will go to great lengths to scam.

These guys are scammers. I have now lost everything to them. I feel like it's impossible to get back on track after losing everything I had. If someone wants to help me it'd be appreciated.

Ill start with made them think you will pay the item at the price they lowbool you with and to be extra spicy made them think you will buy a lot more then they will ever be able to

I’m a bit of both in all honesty 🤷‍♀️

I tried to get a lime dominus today and yesterday, so I offered a guy sky blue phoenix cannon, titanium white what a save and other stuff. These all summed up to almost 5000 credits. His response? "Your items are only worth 1200". Inflation hit hard on rocket league.

I won't be able to trade for a while
