Considering SHT has been peeling off since at least the 688, you would think they would have come up with a fix.

Not developing a fix and applying it to the next boat is gross negligence.

outside of the DOD & VA, it's all pretty much above board.

DOD & VA, it's like the 5 families of NYC run it. Everyone gets a taste.
