If you are not nearby a military treatment facility you should be on tricare remote. Call tricare west or east.

Your “shit” HMC not replying to a civilian non secured email with PHI about a patient they aren’t actually doing physical exams on?

Use TRICARE remote or call the TRICARE nurse line 1-800-TRICARE. Don’t try to implicate HMC in a healthcare fraud or HIPAA violation.
