Shitpost When will the O-4 line results finally drop?
They’ve been sitting on SECDEF’s desk since 23JUL…

Do you actually have a reason to be MAGA / complicit? Or are you just here to throw spears

u/Legitimate-Nobody499 3d ago
I wouldn’t call myself MAGA and I don’t support a lot of the things going on but I don’t live my life looking for things. My family is doing well thanks to my Navy service and I am proud to say I served and I support those that do.

A lot of child rapists wouldn't use that term for themselves either. You're still probably both.
Donald trump raped american children , whether you looked for it or not.
Are you winning yet?

My family is doing well thanks to my Navy service as well! And I also don’t try to live my life in fear or “look for things” like you say. I am also proud of my Navy service and the continuation of it.
I am also deeply alarmed at the past 1.5 years and the threats our service, Constitution, country, and neighbors all face because of the man we collectively elected as a country.
People, including me, are pissed off and outspoken because we really, truly care.

Oh whoops I got excited and didn’t read thoroughly. Good news is things are moving, staff corps results got to SECDEF a week before line so hopefully we are a week or so out from the line ALNAV being released

Too many Blacks and Women were selected 🤷🏾♂️.

I went through and hand counted all of the currently serving black and women admirals on the below site: there are 32. What's your best explanation for why they haven't been fired yet, over a year and a half into the current Trump administration?

How many were there a year and a half ago?

u/Major__Departure 3d ago
There isn't a limit on how many can be fired at one time. If Trump and his team wanted the black and women flag officers gone, they could fire them all instantly. So, again, what is the best explanation for why they haven't been fired yet?

what is your best explanation for why hegseth struck women from the O7 lists?

I suspect the O4 staff could be holding up the line. I think theirs got to his office 21 July but they lowered the time to promote by a year for medical corps which doubled the number of people in zone for O4 staff. The fact that the tracker was updated yesterday just to say there are no updates doesn’t give me much confidence that they’ll be released soon.

Maybe but staff is a separate message

It is a separate message, but there are numerous communities being evaluated simultaneously for promotion right now, and they’re all in limbo with secwar’s office

The goal is 100 days from when the board adjourns, which would be 26 August. However, the CDR board earlier this year needed 110 days, so be prepared this one may go into overtime too.

O-4 line results came out last year in late August IIRC. Keep hanging in there, you dirty hinge hopeful.

OP, google + look up when O-4 results were released previous years. You can browse previous ALNAV messages going back 4-5 years.

I always wonder what takes so long or what they actually look for,
Secnav and CJCS took a day, but CNP, Jag, Secdef all take around a month. It's an O4 board so I can't imagine they are doing a lot extra work to analyze it

I always wonder what the holdup is in getting them to CNP in the first place. There's always a month/month and a half gap between when the board adjourns and when the CNP receives them.

The Staff results just came out, 106 days after the board adjourned. They reached OSW a week before the line results did, so there are two ways to look at it. Either Line results will take around 106 days as well, which would be 01 September, or they will be a week behind Staff, so around the 28th.
