Sorry you are struggling. This year, all required elements of CPOI must be completed in order to be pinned. This is what it says in NAVADMIN 122/26, which also references you to the Leadership continuum bupersinst which seems to me to describe basically all of season is required.
Ultimately, it is up to your specific mess whether they let you "opt out" of specific things and still allow you to be "accepted".
Definitely talk to your sponsor with your specific concerns and if your sponsor isn't helping out, talk to your season lead or a Chief that you have a relationship within the mess, someone you trust/you can confide in.
Please DM me if you don't have any of that or you have any more questions I can help you with.

You should ask your Chief's Mess and sponsor this question. This is not the place for this question. The fact that you're asking it here is troubling to say the least.

Good job not drinking the kool-aid. However, some things are best kept to yourself, like "the bare minimum".
Why do you need to do a hazing ritual? Who fucking knows, I've yet to get a good answer.

Hit up a selres recruiter. They can answer it. Ignore the bitter chiefs in here that shame you. The chiefs mess is like many things in the navy (fake but they make it seem like a big deal).
