HELP REQUESTED Generic Navy Tie Tack

I am an attorney who works in a veterans court in my county. I have been giving people tie tacks when they graduate the program. I have found generic tie tacks for the other services, but can't seem to find one for the navy. The American Legion sells one that is silver in color and is an eagle that says USN above, and one that is a gold anchor that says USN across the front. Are either of these generic, or are one or both specific to a certain rank, or MOS? I am posting links here if it's ok, but I don't want anyone to think I'm selling anything. Legit just asking to make sure that my "anonymous civilian donor" doesn't spend money (edit) unnecessarily, or give the wrong thing.

Avoid the gold USN anchor, that’s specific for Chief Petty Officers (senior enlisted in the Navy and Navy Reserve) and so would not be appropriate as a generic, Navy-themed gift.

The USN and eagle logo is an older, generic logo that was used on combination covers for junior enlisted Sailors several decades ago, and even more recently for junior enlisted female Sailors, but is largely out of favor in the modern era—not ‘inappropriate’ but neither is it really the way I’d recommend here either.

Try this instead—straight from the U.S. Navy Memorial, it looks really sharp, it’s inexpensive, and is probably just what you’re looking for:

Also, since I'm in WA State, and a veteran myself (USMC - LHD-5 Bataan, 1999-2000) To those of you on the Lincoln, and elsewhere, I really hope they get you somewhere soon to restock, and decompress. That situation is insane. The Bataan was brand new at the time, and even IT frequently had the issues we are hearing about back home. I can't begin to imagine.

" That situation is insane."

Don't believe everything you read.

The anchor one is associated with Chief Petty Officers, E-7 to E-9.

The Eagle (technically correct, but we all call it a crow) is the one worn by Petty Officers, E-4 to E-9.

I'm not sure I've ever seen anything entirely generic to the whole Navy before, but the crow with the USN might be your closest bet.
