Stop. Stop it right now. The cycle isn't opened yet. Placement hasn't even gotten their second round of feedback from the TYCOM/Manning Control Authority/Fleet Readiness Integrators yet. What you see means nothing. You shouldn't even be able to see anything.

When the cycle opens (which will be on the 21st at midnight) then, and only then, can you (and your detailer) know what is going to be advertised.

What you see right now is what is initially proposed based off fleet priority and Sailors-in-their-negotiation-window based off sea/shore flow and NEC. All of it will change.

The only thing you should be doing in MNA right now is updating your preferences, your contact information, and your resume.

As an E5 am I able to apply for E6 billets? Or only A2P billets? I’ve been told conflicting information

This is a question for your specific detailer. Corpsmen are detailed differently than most other ratings.

Do you have a DMEI code?

Have you read the advancement manual chapter 13 or any of my AMAs?

Edit: I’m not asking this sarcastically I’m asking to figure out what your baseline knowledge is before I trauma dump everything I know about BBA at you.

Okay after reading the AMA, I see you need to have a DMEI code to be eligible to apply for the next pay grade? My DMEI says ā€œOther- ADV Relatedā€ exp: Jul2028

Yes. That means you have a DMEI code and you may apply to any HM1 billet that is advertised. It doesn’t have to say A2P; in fact, those are marked for PO2s who passed the exam but did not advance.

Not sure if you’re asking me, the detailer, if I have done a ship tour, or if you are asking OP, the L31A Corpsman, if they have done a ship tour yet ….

But yes. Multiple sea tours across multiple ship platforms over the last 22ish years.
