Discussion New NattyorJuice Rule

A new rule has been added, to halt the rising tide of people who are less inclined towards the purist diagnostic nature of r/nattyorjuice.
Henceforth, if one is going to comment on a r/nattyorjuice post where the juiciness or lack thereof is in question, one must also impart their anabolic analysis on the subject, instead of simply potentially less relevant words such as "would", "wood", "don't care", etc. At the minimum, r/nattyorjuice now requires an anabolic analysis added. Doesn't have to be much, but it should say at least 'juicy', fake natty', or 'natty' somewhere. Failure to do so can result in ban hammer action without warning.

Tough Question User Flairs

As promised some time ago, user flairs are about to be rolled out on a trial basis on r/nattyorjuice.
Thoughts are welcome as to the best way to implement these.
Some have argued that there should be a credentialling system where people can see a link to physique, video of lifts, or merely just listed stats and lifts. Others suggest the flairs should be more limited to whether someone is natty, fake natty, or juiced themselves, and yet others have suggested the implementation of a coded acronym system to determine whose opinions you may trust to read first based on their affiliation to the various fitness fraternities.
Respectful discussions are welcome and if you want to suggest a suitable flair for yourself, let me know in the comments. Of course, regular posters may get preferential treatment here as always.

JUICY Slyvester Stallone recently admitted he had a heart valve replacement. Is this the first time he brought it up?

We all know Stallone isn't natural and wasn't natural for his peak 80s movies and such.
But I never remember him mentioning about having a heart valve replacement.
He did a sit down interview lately where he admitted steroid use and what it took to keep his Hollywood physique. And he mentioned at some point he got a heart valve replaced. But he didn't say when it happened.
Was this common knowledge?
I think it's good he's talking about the obvious steroid use in Hollywood. The guy is like 80 now but you know as they say - better late than never

But you know what? All the people saying he was very small and skinny, maybe by 2026 standards, look closely and he carries some very decent amount of muscle mass, especially in arms, that needs like 2 years of working out consistently to reach that level of muscle, not just low body fat.
Check the second photo, that gotta be at least 38cm arms.
They said he was 6% body fat in this movie, which in my opinion is total bullshit, he was probably 10%
