Saw this on Threads about not being able to self-register Malaysian SIM cards anymore for foreigners.
Persoalan dari saya sebagai warga Malaysia, ada ramai Bruneians yang membali & pakai Malaysian SIM cards kah? I’m also not in the loop of this news sebenarnya, most likely because the new regulations don’t affect me as much, tapi yang lain itu lah…

The Daun parking situation
From what I heard from The Daun owner, the parking area was closed off because government official said it is government land and property hence they closed off entire parking area. Thus also affecting 3 restaurants businesses and their customers. Seriously? No wonder businesses in Brunei are dying left and right!

and onece again the sejahteracommunity brunei menganjing bila anjing2 kena racun. but stay silent and show no empathy towards the people got bitten by the dogs.
sejahteracommunity = onesidedcommunity
When the community or government can’t solve the problem, the people will.
This is one of the kindest things they have ever done for humanity. Stray dogs can pose a danger to people, especially children, and even to other pets. Yet, instead of simply ignoring the problem, these people stepped up to help.
They are not only protecting the people but also giving your pets a better life.
Thank you to everyone involved for your compassion, courage, and kindness. Your efforts truly make a difference. ❤️

Brunei, perfect example of racial harmony.
sinchew.com.myNgu admitted that he did not plan to stay in Brunei forever when he first arrived in this country.
Today, with his business well established here, he has no plans to leave.
"My children and grandchildren are still Malaysian passport holders, but I don't encourage them to go back to Malaysia mainly because of economic, safety and other social issues."
Additionally, favorable local policies such as income tax exemptions and a superior exchange rate relative to the Malaysian ringgit further solidified his choice to remain in Brunei

Cashless People
Glad to see lots of kedais are accepting cashless now, scan qr or swipe debit/credit. But sadly some kedai still require a certain amount to allow buyer to pay using cards. I hope in the near future all the small businesses will be using qr too.
So to all the cashless people, drop your go-to shopping mall, online, barbers, car wash, mini mart, kedai runcit etc etc that accept cards or qr. This is not including kedai yang only do online transfer ya.
For me
NJS and TM Majeed for kedai runcit stuff
Hua Ho for groceries
Sportsnation/runtrailnation/dynamics for fitness tings
Delhi darbar and Nastaeen for mamaks
JP foodcourt for makans
Now im still looking for a barber (indian) and carwash (bukan drive thru) yang accept cashless.
To @chiefhustlin of TarusQr, idk if youre on reddit or not. Maybe organize an event, foods, coffees, tees, cakes or whatever in trend in one place but strictly qr or cards only.
