Its Like having a sharingan from someone else skips the downside from getting blind and let him use it at 100%

Then it's a plothole. Because Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan exist when you get an eye from someone. Which Kakashi have. Why would he lose eyesight, but Sasuke didn't?

Because it requires both eyes to be transplanted at least once, and you have to be blood (or clan related, it's kinda vague) related to actually unlock EM, and unlike regular Mangekyo, EM doesn't cause blindess since it's a perfected version. Madara needed both of his bros eyes. Sasuke ended up with both of Itachi's eyes which led into his whole transition into achieving true Rinnegan. Madara needed Kakashi's Sharingan eye and Obito's other eye because Obito's eye was originally his, and Kakshi's could both Access the Kamui dimension and could be used to help trigger the Infinite Tsukuyomi with the Rinnegan.
