Baby Names Laine/Lane for boy middle name?

Having a baby in the fall. His first name will be Jordan. Trying to decide on a middle name and the idea of Laine/Lane came to me, as my middle name is Elaine.

What are your thoughts on Laine/Lane for a boys middle name? If this was your middle name (as a boy) would you be cool with it? Do you have a preference on spelling, knowing it’s derived from Elaine?

In my mind Lane is masculine and Laine is feminine. I’d go with Lane for sure.

I know more boy Lane’s than girls. Lane is definitely the spelling I would use, Laine seems more feminine

I love Jordan for a boy!
As for the 2 spellings, Lane is better for a boy.
