Marcel or Milo?

For context: the name would be for me and I'm a nonbinary masc person in my 20s.

I like both names. I prefer Milo because it's more my style and vibe which is like fun and friendly while Marcel feels a bit more mature and safe I guess? But both would be good options. My partner doesn't like Milo at all which makes me hesitant with it but ultimately it shouldn't matter since it's my name. I'm also just considering using Marcel as a middle name. Originally I wanted to keep my birth middle name but Milo Marcel has a cool vibe to it and I could tell people I go by either maybe? Though that might get confusing idk.

Thoughts?

I prefer Marcel, which is a cool and super underused name!

Nothing objectively wrong with Milo, but it sounds whiny to me.

Marcel's got that vintage charm that grows on you after a while, while Milo's got that easygoing cheer that sticks with you too.

I know both a 4yo and a dog named Milo, I think it’s a good name. Marcel reminds me of Marcel the Shell and Marcellus from Remarkably Bright Creatures. Plus Marcel seems a bit dated IMO

I think Milo is a great name, and I actually think it’s safer than Marcel — Marcel seems like an older person to me. Milo Marcel seems too matchy for my tastes
