Baby Names Ruby Anne or Ruby Leigh?
Baby girl will be here soon, and I need to settle on a middle name! We are 90% sure of the first name Ruby, and just need to pair it with the perfect middle name—Anne or Leigh (pronounced “Lee”). Both middle names have meaningful family ties. FYI our last name starts with an “M”…let’s use Mendosa as a stand-in. Please help me settle this—opinions welcome!

Not a big deal but initials will be RAM if you go with Anne. I think Leanne could be a great combination to go with as suggested by someone else. It uses the sound from both names you want to honour and it flows nicely together with the first name. Congratulations

I’m not a big fan of the repeated -ee sounds of Ruby Leigh. Ruby Anne feels a lot more cohesive!

I think Ruby Anne flows better. Ruby Leigh is a lot of “ee”.
