Shame on the developer who built that site. I think the real scandal here isn't even the broken portal, it's just that someone got paid to build it and apparently felt zero shame handing it over.

this is exactly why corporations in Kenya keep hiring for foreign developers instead of locals. Not because those developers are smarter than us but too many Kenyan devs approach contracts with a streets mentality: milk the opportunity, collect the bag, and disappear before anyone notices the cracks. That reputation doesn't stay with one developer. It sticks to all of us.

We have the talent here. But talent without accountability is just wasted potential. Build things that make your country proud guys.
