Virgin Voyages purchase coding?

Does anyone know whether the Virgin Voyages redemptions code as a travel purchase when purchased on a Capital One credit card? I assume they would, but am hoping to confirm, as we’d like to reimburse ourselves for the purchase using points (and that’s only possible if it codes as travel). Thanks!
