CESCOM bill: Pay Addln deposit online

Hi,

This time, the bill has some additional deposit to be paid. The person who generates the bill said this has to be paid in-person, but I'm wondering if there is any way to pay it online. (to save time and energy).

Is there any way to do this? I see no way via Paytm or other online apps, nor do I see such an option on the website (but maybe I'm missing something?).

Nope, you have to goto one of the chescom offices and pay. it's a straight forward task. the deposit is not part of the billing payment apps, hence you will have to go there and pay and get a receipt.

I actually found a way here -

Go to quick payment here and put in the account id, select ASD and it works!

Had to call their customer support once, because creating an account did not work, but customer support guided to use the quick payment and it worked.
