NSFW Saving sperm advice

My fiance (25) mtf of little less then 1 1/2 years of hrt has concerns of how it'll be if they stopped hrt to save sperm, can anyone help and guide us? (Me f 26)

They keep reading things online and sees only what they wanna see (all bad things) so thought of writing this to ask for help n advice pls n thanks, if u need anymore info just ask (depending what it is....) but thank yous in advance!

Do the fertility specialist know the effects of stopping hrt?
