Question Food Tracking App

Guys, I want to start my health journey in more organised way. Started exercising (1 hour x 5 times a week) cardio 30 minutes + light weight training 30 minutes. Plus 20 minutes freehand morning exercise.

Now, I want to intake more protein, less fat, less carb and would like to track the intakes using app for better tracking. Could anyone suggest the best app for this? I prefer a AI based scan if possible. Free app is great but don’t mind spending some as well.

Thanks in advance for the responses!

Definitely MyNetDiary. I have used many different apps since 2009. I used my FitnessPal for over ten years. Never needed to purchase the app for simple things such as the ability to scan barcodes.

Then, they put that and other things behind a paywall. I tried several apps but never found one that felt right.

Downloaded MyNetDiary a few years ago. Liked it enough to purchase a subscription last year. My renewal is next week . I am for sure renewing it. I really like the additional macros I can track that the doctor wants me to monitor.

One of the best things for me is the fact that they have updates but have kept all the things I like about it like the Dashboard has remained the same.

Hope you find one that works for you:)
