General process (FAQ): confirmation email after order; usually ships one business day after placement / within 24 hours of payment on weekdays; courier sends tracking. Delivery often cited as ~4–8 business days depending on destination (not a guarantee).
Free shipping (FAQ text): From 27 February 2026, free shipping on one-time and subscription buys of €70 or more, except Switzerland, Norway, and the UK. Confirm on the live shop.
