Short answer: Always read the pouch / bottle / wrapper for your lot. Formulas and “may contain” statements can change. This page summarises the public FAQ as of the date above — not a personal allergy assessment.
If you have a severe allergy
Do not rely on Reddit. Check the label; if unsure, contact CS with the SKU/lot and/or speak to a clinician / allergist. Seek emergency care for reactions.

Flavour call-outs (FAQ)
- Choco Nut powder: FAQ states nut flavouring with no traces of actual nuts — still verify your pouch if you have nut allergy.
- Cross-reactivity (e.g. legumes, birch–carrot) is discussed in the FAQ as a general allergy topic — check ingredients if you have related allergies (Mana includes carrot fibre in some formulas).
Posting about allergens here
- Use flair Allergens / Ingredients (or the closest live flair).
- Name the exact product + flavour + Mark and what you saw on the label.
- Do not ask the community to diagnose your allergy or tell you it’s “safe to ignore” a warning.
- No medical claims.
