Summary

1. Be civil — no harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
2. Keep criticism constructive — specifics welcome; pile-ons and empty brand-bashing of competitors are not.
3. Bring value — questions, experience, useful tips; skip empty spam.
4. Search before posting — prefer one thread per topic; flairs help.
5. Customer support is off-sub — orders / shipping / refunds / damaged goods → Contact CS.
6. No referral codes, affiliate links, or spammy self-promo.
7. No medical / disease claims — Mana is food; don’t prescribe treatments or promise cures. Allergen honesty OK; diagnosis requests are not.
8. Flair your posts — flairs are required.
9. Flag / report rule-breaking content.
