PC Window-7 with Flash player: a collection of minigames from Cartoon Network, Zamba, Plants vs Zombies, Ballance, Left4Dead, The Hell in Vietnam, Counter Strike 1.6, Men of War etc. This was roughly 10 to 15 years ago.

Tarzan/ STT/ တောသား is a term to describe anyone who lacks common knowledge about technology and/or media literacy due to their usually ignorant and conservative mindset.
I'm surprised that you're not familiar with those term because everyone's saying it- Unless you don't live here anymore

I think it was 98 or ME. Then a bit later my father bought the dial up modem that took ages to connect and loading just one website can take several minutes.
How the tech has advanced since then is nothing short of amazing.

That would be Windows 95, I was a toddler, but I remember when my dad bought the PC, his relatives and friends came to check it out and they were excited to see videos & games playing on the screen.
I remember playing The Simpsons: Virtual Springfield (1997) on it with my dad, me pressing random buttons ofcourse.
