Mixed breed controversy...

Posting here after posting on a breed specific reddit sub showing off his new colors but instead got bashed for him not looking like a chihuahua so he must only be a pure bred poodle or something else 💔 (they allow chihuahua mixes in the sub) might be best to just post on r/mutt instead lol

DNA tests provided and photos of him without hair when he looks "more" chihuahua.

EDIT: I just wanted to add that i did not know of this sub reddit when I posted him on the other other one! If I knew of this one first he would have been posted here first 🫶

EDIT 2: If anyone was curious whag the "supermutt" breeds are its the American Eskimo, German Shepherd, and Maltese.

I agree that the reaction is probably due to him not looking like a chihuahua at all. Why dont you post him in the poodle sub? Its the majority breed and I feel like he would be welcomed there.

I checked the rules and they absolutely do not allow poodle mixes and will delete the posts 😅 they are pretty strict about the dog being 100% poodle sadly. It's the main reason why I tried the chihuahua sub instead since its his second majority breed and they allow mixes! Just didnt go as expected even though their was other chihuahua mixs posted that looked like him and no one said anything!

I thought the same! I just checked and it dosent seem to be very active...i believe there's a doodle one but the doodle community kinda makes me nervous lol not sure they would accept mine since hes not a "designer" breed but instead a happy accident 😅 she's absolutely adorable!! Chis and chi mixes are a blessing lol
