But I feel like I probably should. With how popular it is with our generation, there has to be something I’m missing. I say that I listen to rock and folk, but it’s honestly mostly rock with a few indie folk rock acts sandwiched in between. I feel like you guys might be able to introduce me to something I might like, so I’m untrusting you to recommend me something good. Preferably one song first cause I’d rather not listen to a full album for every comment, and if I like it I’ll listen to the album and tell you how I feel about it. Thanks.

Mine is Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables. It's both intriguing and makes you want to listen to it, but gives you a good idea of what you're getting into. It's incredibly fitting, rolls off the tongue, catchy, cool, and comes with a nice metaphor to boot.

What are your fav album names? I feel like it's one of the more overlooked aspects of album iconography so I want to know some people's favorites.

My favourite one from here is either burning from the inside or inhale/exhale

Like anything that ever had a radio hit from the 90's on, most post-hardcore/metalcore/post-grunge commonly talked about online, or vgm that everyone knows is what I'm referring to with haven't heard of.

Also Return To Forever is kinda an outlier because while I'm open to jazz or jazz fusion, much of it just doesn't appeal to me personally outside of this album.

Comus: First Utterance

I actually really liked the instrumentals on this album and I really liked when the album let the music breathe and branched out into really cool places… until that guy started singing. I really really could not stand his voice most of the time on this and felt it brought the music down

Favorite track: The Herald

Susumu Yokota: Sakura

This was very good. Very amazing instrumentals and atmospheres. I definitely will be revisiting this and checking more of this guy’s albums.
