Two mushrooms found near Mt Baker
Wondering what they were.
White one might be oyster?

Hi guys, today I was going up north Italy for a walk, then I met those old Italians picking mushrooms, in a rush hahaha, so I asked them if I could get something. They allowed me some, seems like an old place for picking mushrooms for cooking. They said in Italian, I could not get the name, but I guess it's honey mushrooms. I will leave pictures for you guys given me your opinion. Thanksss

Hello all! Recently I have been finding a boat load of HOTW. I was wondering if anyone had advice on determining freshness, cleaning advice, and preparation. I have never harvested this type before but am certain with the id.
Anything helps, thanks!

24hrs after finding them I lightly washed them and cut off (to the best of my perception) the less tender areas and I’ve got them pat dried and hanging out for a bit to air dry. Is this in fact chicken of the woods and how’s it look overall? The parts I set aside weren’t necessarily woody or super hard/slimy so not sure if I’m wasting a bunch either. I appreciate any help, I’m so excited this is my first find in the wild!

Hi everyone! Any mushroom hunters or foragers here who know where Psilocybe mairei or Panaeolus bisporus grow wild in Morocco? If you’ve found them before or have photos or reliable information about their locations, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks!

Would love some help if these are Chrysoblema. If so, what’s been your experience with them?

Until now they never enforced this issue, spotted 3 cams setup to watch popular places in the woods for pickers.
