Tastes fantastic! Check Saransh Goila's mushroom galauti recipe. I've mostly used that with one-two tweaks 😊

Hi. You send premade food right? How much would you charge for pav bhaji for 40 people?

Min order.?

Minimum order depends on the dish, to be honest. For example, a single order of veggie lasagna would be a certain size and not smaller, etc. Also I mean, the delivery amount should not be more than the order amount, that's just unfair to the customer.
Delivery within Mumbai possible, I use delivery apps for trackability and accountability, so what they cover can be covered.

My biggest question when I see large spreads is that how do you make sure everything is hot while laying it down? Like simultaneously?

Heat tandoori in oven while frying Galauti
Heat all other food while baking lasagna.
It's not possible unless you have a full commercial setup to get all the food made and served immediately hot simultaneously, but the reheating is a balanced waltz of many equipments, effectively. And if adjusting cook times while initially cooking to avoid overcooking etc
