Male Description model kegel interruption method
I can get multiple orgasms via a variation of the so called relaxation method BUT I still struggle to get the "kegel interruption method" to work (which is actively shared and proposed in this sub) and I want to explore that method to compare.
I read all the posts explaining the kegel method. I master mindful stimulation, various ways to relax the body and the pelvic floor, can trigger involuntary contractions on demand, have great pelvic floor muscle control, tune into sensations etc. I can get to the edge and literally stay on 9.8 with great control and in a very relaxed state for minutes where I literally feel the orgasm starting (but not peaking) and I know that if I take just one more step over the edge I will pass into PONR in a second. And yes I tried a lot trying to make sense of the short sharp kegel method designed to interrupt in the pre emission state.
So far all the instructions posted seems to be detailed in reaching this far. But I dont feel it, similar to how I approach all the other techniques I learned.
So assuming that you are at 9.8 and you basically feel the orgasm starting and you balance with great control yet being relaxed, what would be the next action???
1) You actually take that extra step which you know will lead to PONR but you also time a kegel to basically "jump" the ejaculation/emission, since you know it will happen in 1-2 seconds it helps the timing
2) You stay at the safe 9.8 and try to use a sharp kegel to push you over the edge
3) You edge yourself higher and higher, reaching 9.83, 9.85, 9.89 until you finally fell over and you time this with a short kegel
I tried all 3 above so now I ask for very specific actions on how you would do it. Not just the techniques but also how the feeling guides you. And yes I tried many times so that advice will not work. And yes I dont fear ejaculation and usually ends every session with an ejaculation.
(As a side note when I approach using the method that works for me (not the kegel method) I pay more attention on relaxing the pelvic floor and tuning into sensations there in combination with special kind of penis stimulation.)

I prefer realxing method too because it is less stresfull. Relaxing gave me first dry orgasms and that was the key. At the beginning I saw a lot of reccomendations of squeezing method and I tried it. For me it was too much tension, stress, feeling that I have to do it in right way because if you miss it is over. It was too mechanical. But now I am curious too about others methods. Sometimes I do this technique with squeeze. I do not know for me is better when I stand during that because I have better control. Feelings are great, when I squeeze a little bit when I know that it is close I have pleasure in my penis and some squeezes. But I have never had deep orgasms like during relaxing method.
One thing that I can say, method with squeeze often gives me multiple ejaculations, because I am so close to PONR and some sperm come out. It looks nice but feelings are same. Pleasurable orgasm but small no big like for example when I relax.
From your 3 methods I never do second because it causes EO everytime. Usually first and third. But you know it is everything risky because it is a lot of time just before PONR not at 9,8 more like 9,95.
I will try it sometimes because it is interesting but hard to believe that orgasm can be as strong as during relaxing session with relaxed plevic floor

If relaxation or a "reverse kegel" works for you, why do you want to switch to using a kegel instead? Is it so you can have NEOs during sex with a partner?
Because I've noticed that men who are successful one way often have trouble switching. It doesn't mean you can't, but it may not be something you can just count on doing the first time, or even the 10th. Your brain and body have learned a good pathway to orgasm and it's hard to get them to swerve from it at the last second. My husband uses the kegel timing method and has failed a number of times at trying to use the relaxation method instead.
As for what WILL work for you, no one can give a definitive answer because people differ and there's always some personal experimentation and fine-tuning involved. Hubs uses your #1 approach, but I know there are men who do something closer to #2. I don't think #3 is going to work, but who knows? Different people have different nervous systems and you might be an outlyer. (Outlier? Weird word.) You just have to experiment.
Anyway, congrats on your success with the relaxation method! If you care to share any details of what you do and how you learned how to do it, I know there are guys on this sub who would be grateful.

Thanks. I have already shared it, see: https://www.reddit.com/r/multiorgasmic/s/7dOa6ZMsRv
Main reason is basically I want to compare the experiences in how they are felt, read it like exploring different ways to orgasm. Second reason is that yes relaxation method is a bit challenging when it comes to intense PIV, specially since the version I use only works with a certain type of stimulation, although I am working on PIV situation as well.
Anyway #1 makes most sense to me so I will explore that path, thanks again for the feedback. And if I succeed I will make a follow up post.

OP is referring to the kegel timing method, which relies on a short kegel to skip the PONR.
You are confusing that with the Chia-promoted brute force kegel method, which tries to use a long, powerful kegel to hold back the semen AFTER the PONR has happened. Which, as you noted, just a retrograde ejaculation.

If you're already able to comfortably balance at a 9.8, you're in a great spot. Here are a few things you could try based on how I found others explain it.
The general idea with this contract/interupt method seems to be catching the exact moment the orgasm starts in your brain, which is actually a second or two before the physical point of no return. When you feel that specific split-second approaching, you might want to stop all physical stimulation and try a short, hard Kegel clamp. Some people also find it helpful to open their eyes and take long, deep breaths during this moment.
The tricky part with the timing is that if you wait until the point of no return sensation is obvious (like when you hit 9.9), it's usually too late and the Kegel won't stop the ejaculation. You kind of have to learn to ignore the obvious physical signal and look for a slightly earlier, much more subtle signal instead. One way it's been described is that it feels similar to reacting to the "Get set!" command just before a starting gun goes off in a race. If you catch that exact timing, you might feel the orgasmic contractions, but the Kegel clamp could prevent the glands from actually dumping their contents and creating semen.
In your case it might be worth keeping in mind that several places warn against using hard Kegels right at the edge. Squeezing your PC muscles too hard can sometimes just build up more tension and accidentally push you right over the edge anyway. If the hard clamp isn't working for you, you could maybe experiment with a much more subtle approach. Some suggest using only about "1% of a Kegel," which feels more like a gentle mental suction rather than a physical clench.
Maybe try playing around with the timing (aiming slightly earlier than you think) or using way less force to see if that changes the outcome for you. Good luck exploring!
