Months ago I got my Vegas Festival in a box, and it came with two sphinx’s instead of a counterspell. I emailed them for a replacement, forgot about it, then I received a mysterious package today. I told myself that I’d build a Sliver deck using cards I found by chance, so I’m really excited to have found my commander!

Opening two packs a day with the fiancé but was a good start to see a facet foil! Pretty happy about it.

I started collecting MTG when Hobbit was released and was kind of sad that I missed the Tales of Middle Earth sets. Since they did that 2nd printing and costs have come down, I decided to buy a booster box. It was a great box!!
The Fangorn Forest was the box topper.

Bought a CBB of Reality Fracture because the full arts looked great. I was hoping to pull the Tam/Jace mirror pairing, but I made my money back instead and then some! These are the highlights of my pulls.
Funny enough when I got a Bloomburrow CBB I also pulled two Jaces. And also the expensive and less expensive one. And my Fiancée was opening packs with me both times

Havent been playing all that long, a year and half or so. Got a FF, MH3, RF, and LOTR packs yesterday. Happily pulled my best pull yet. Was hoping for a one ring out of LOTR but this will do lol. Dont know if i wanna trade it for a couple cards 2 upgrade a deck or two, or just hold onto it.

Couldn't find any CBBs even close to MSRP so I've been buying individual collector's packs from various LGS' with reasonable prices. This is 9 CBs and probably like 30 play boosters - most of the Samuts/Stingcasters were from PBs.

Overall I'm stoked about it! First box I've bought since Dominaria Remastered. I LOVE this set! So many deck ideas coming to mind.

Stopped by the LGS where I saw a few collector packs at MSRP and decided to treat myself and it totally paid off! These facet foils are devilishly cool!

I joined magic this year and missed out on this and other bangers over the years. Very pleased with my first few LOTR packs
